Institutional access is for eligible students aged 18 and over. The pilot does not imply blanket access for minors enrolled at the institution. The eligible student cohort is agreed with your institution before launch.

Your institution does not receive
Arcdot is not a student-monitoring tool. Institutional reporting is designed around programme-level evidence, not access to private emotional content.
Non-clinical by design
Arcdot supports everyday emotional resilience and wellbeing. It does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.
Built-in safety pathways
Arcdot includes safety boundaries and escalation pathways when conversations move beyond its appropriate role.
Professional help remains professional help
Oly does not replace counsellors, student health services, emergency services or qualified care.
Complements existing services
Arcdot is an everyday resilience layer for the many small moments that may never become a formal appointment.
A structured 3-month pilot to test real student adoption and usefulness before making a broader commitment.
Agree the eligible 18+ cohort, launch approach, internal champion and success criteria.
Arcdot provides student-facing communication materials and supports the launch plan.
Across 12 weeks, track agreed aggregate activation, engagement, retention and usefulness.
At week 12, review the evidence and decide whether to stop, refine or discuss scaling.
The pilot is designed to answer a practical question: do eligible students adopt Arcdot, keep using it and find it useful enough for the institution to justify continuing?
| Measure | Question answered | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Activation | Did eligible students actually start? | Initial relevance and launch effectiveness. |
| Weekly engagement | Do students keep returning? | Whether use becomes real behaviour rather than a one-off. |
| Early retention | Does use persist beyond initial curiosity? | Repeat-value signal. |
| Student usefulness | Do students report that the experience was useful? | Perceived value. |
| Participation / reach | How much of the intended cohort engages? | Breadth of adoption. |
| Qualitative feedback | What created value or friction? | What to improve before scaling. |
Any dashboard figures shown alongside this pack are illustrative sample metrics for demonstration — not actual pilot results.
Safety & role boundaries
If Arcdot wants to use anonymised aggregate findings or the institution's name externally, separate written approval is required.
The 3-month / 12-week Founding Education Pilot is paid, bounded and fixed-fee. It covers the agreed eligible 18+ cohort, launch support, aggregate reporting, a mid-pilot review and the final review.
| Up to 250 students | 251–500 students | 501–1,000 students | 1,000+ students |
|---|---|---|---|
$5,000 ≈ $6.67/student/month* | $8,000 ≈ $5.33/student/month* | $12,500 ≈ $4.17/student/month* | Custom Agreed individually |
Monthly equivalent* Calculated at the full cohort size in each band over the 3-month / 12-week pilot. The pilot is sold as a fixed-fee programme, not monthly per-seat billing.
Continuation credit 50% of the pilot fee is credited toward the first-year agreement if the institution proceeds to an annual programme within 30 days of the final review. No multi-year commitment is required. Cohorts above 1,000 students or unusually complex implementations are scoped separately.
