Arcdot for Universities & Colleges · Founding Education Pilot · Cohort 1 limited to 8 institutions and scheduled around semester starts
Arcdot is a non-clinical emotional resilience and wellbeing tool for eligible students aged 18+. Students get private access to Oly, the AI emotional resilience companion, plus structured reflection and resilience-building experiences. Your institution can evaluate program adoption and usefulness through aggregate reporting — without access to students' private conversations, journals or individual emotional content.

The student experience — Oly, the AI emotional resilience companion
University life is full of small academic, social and transition pressures that may never become a counseling appointment: a difficult piece of feedback, exam pressure, a presentation, conflict with a roommate, uncertainty about the future or simply a mind that will not switch off. Arcdot is designed for those everyday moments — as a private resilience layer alongside the support your institution already provides.
Arcdot separates institutional program evidence from students' private emotional content. Your institution can understand whether students adopt and value the program without gaining access to what an individual student writes, says or feels.
What your institution can see
What your institution does not receive
Arcdot is not a student-monitoring tool.
Institutional reporting is designed around program-level evidence, not access to private emotional content.
Agree the eligible student cohort, launch approach, internal champion and success criteria.
Our team will provide launch materials and support the student communication plan.
Track aggregate activation, engagement, retention and usefulness during the pilot.
Review the evidence at the end of the pilot and decide whether to stop or continue.
A private, everyday resilience companion for the many small moments that may never become a formal appointment.
See aggregate activation, weekly engagement, retention and usefulness — without accessing individual student content.
Agree what success looks like and test it during a bounded pilot with an explicit decision point.
Receive a final review covering adoption, feedback and a recommendation on whether scaling makes sense.
Students get private access to Oly, guided exercises, journaling and AI conversations that fit inside a real student day — for the moments that may never become a counseling appointment.

A private place to pause, reflect and work through everyday academic, social and transition pressure when the moment happens.
Check-ins, journaling and guided reflection help students notice recurring patterns over time.
Growth Arcs, short exercises, goals and challenges help students build emotional-resilience habits through small, repeatable actions.
Arcdot is designed for the everyday moments that may never become a formal appointment.
A mind that will not settle before or during exams.
Processing academic feedback without spiralling.
Steadying yourself before you present.
Arriving at university, moving between stages or leaving.
Working through social friction or conflict.
Making sense of what comes next without panic.
The pilot is designed to answer a practical question: do eligible students adopt Arcdot, keep using it and find it useful enough for the institution to justify continuing?
| Measure | Question answered | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Activation | Did eligible students actually start? | Initial relevance and launch effectiveness. |
| Weekly engagement | Do students keep returning? | Whether use becomes real behaviour rather than a one-off. |
| Early retention | Does use persist beyond initial curiosity? | Repeat-value signal. |
| Student usefulness | Do students report that the experience was useful? | Perceived value. |
| Participation / reach | How much of the intended cohort engages? | Breadth of adoption. |
| Qualitative feedback | What created value or friction? | What to improve before scaling. |

Founding Education Pilot
What the Founding Education Pilot includes:
Bounded, fixed-fee pilot.
Founding Education Pilots are paid, fixed-fee 3-month (12-week) engagements starting from $5,000. The fee covers an agreed student cohort, launch support, aggregate program reporting, a mid-pilot review and the final pilot review. If your institution continues after the pilot, 50% of the pilot fee may be credited toward the first-year program.
We ask Founding Institutions to:
Non-clinical by design
Arcdot supports everyday emotional resilience and wellbeing. It does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.
Built-in safety pathways
Arcdot includes safety boundaries and escalation pathways when conversations move beyond its appropriate role.
Professional help remains professional help
Oly does not replace counselors, student health services, emergency services or qualified care.
Privacy-first institutional layer
The institution receives program-level information, not a student's private emotional content.
Student Affairs
Private student use, launch support and adoption evidence without individual emotional reporting.
Counseling / Wellbeing
A clearly non-clinical layer that complements existing services and responsibly routes beyond its role.
Leadership / Finance
A bounded pilot with clear safety boundaries and a decision point before committing further.
Privacy / IT
Program-level reporting only. Student conversations, journals and individual emotional content remain private.
