Your Control: You can disable Oly's personalization at any time in your Profile settings under "Oly AI Personalization." If disabled, Oly will provide generic, non-personalized guidance without analyzing your personal data.

  • Access Controls: Strict access controls limit who can view your personal information

6.1 Oly Personalization Control

You maintain full control over Oly's access to your personal data. In your Profile, under "Oly AI Personalization," you can:

  • Enable (Default): Allow Oly to access and analyze your journal, mood, chat, exercise, and assessment data for personalized guidance
  • Disable: Prevent Oly from using any personal data, receiving only generic guidance

This preference can be changed at any time, and changes take effect immediately.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Service. If you request account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain information for legal or regulatory purposes.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Service is available to users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. Users between 13-18 should use the Service with parental guidance.
