What students actually get
Students open Arcdot and get a short, guided challenge matched to a real moment — exam pressure, a hard conversation, a mind that will not switch off. Each day is a small, repeatable action that builds emotional resilience over time.
Day 1 of a 7-day challenge — a guided breathing reset
An Arcdot Founding Campus Ambassador is the person who takes Arcdot from unknown to adopted on their campus. You build the playbook, run experiments, create real adoption and get paid while doing it — not a counselor, not an influencer, not a passive advocate.
Run real growth experiments — channels, communities, events — to get students to genuinely try Arcdot.
You point peers toward Arcdot — you never provide mental health advice or crisis support yourself.
Leave with a campus growth playbook you helped build, experiments you ran, and attributable funnel results.
Every ambassador gets a personal code. Students who sign up with your code are tracked to you — your attribution is clean.
Test channels — societies, events, social media, peer networks, residence halls. Measure what works. Double down on what does.
If a peer is struggling, you point them to Arcdot or campus counseling. You never act as a counselor yourself.
A short call each month to share what is working, get new materials and track your earnings.
A monthly stipend, a recurring subscriber bonus, and career capital you can actually talk about.
$100 per month for every month you are active as an ambassador. You receive this regardless of conversions — it rewards your effort and commitment.
You earn a recurring bonus for every student attributed to you who subscribes and stays subscribed. The more adoption you create and retain, the more you earn.
You leave with things you can actually talk about in an interview: a campus growth playbook you helped build, experiments you ran, attributable funnel results, and real experience taking a product from awareness to adoption.
Empathy matters, but it does not lead selection. We select builders.
Builder
Has organized, sold, grown or launched something — a society, an event, a campaign, a side project.
Connector
Can genuinely reach several student communities — not just one friend group, but real networks across campus.
Experimenter
Tries things, measures results and changes approach based on what actually works — not what sounds good.
Reliable operator
Follows through. Says what they will do and does it. You are a self-starter.
Boundary-aware
Understands this is not counseling. You direct peers to Arcdot or professional support — you do not counsel them yourself.
Empathetic
Genuinely cares about peer wellbeing and wants to help others discover tools that build resilience.
This is a growth role, not a static one.
Own your campus. Build the playbook. Run experiments. Create real adoption. Earn your stipend and bonus while proving you can take a product from unknown to used.
Strong ambassadors can progress toward Campus Lead responsibilities based on results, judgement, leadership and ability to help others execute. You help recruit, mentor and coordinate ambassadors across more campuses.
Progression is earned, not promised. It depends on your results and Arcdot’s growth needs.
Arcdot Ambassadors are advocates, not counselors. You help peers discover a tool — you never provide mental health advice, diagnose, or act as a crisis responder. Arcdot uses defined safety boundaries and pathways designed to guide users toward appropriate human, professional or emergency support when needed.
